Radboud University Scholarship 2024 | Eligibility and Selection Criteria

To be eligible for the Radboud Scholarships for International Students, you must satisfy the following criteria:

  1. Hold a passport from a non-EU/EEA country.
  2. Not qualify for the lower EEA tuition fee based on other grounds.
  3. Possess a Bachelor’s degree earned outside of the Netherlands, with no prior academic credentials obtained in the Netherlands.
  4. Meet the English language proficiency requirement for your chosen Master’s program.
  5. Be capable of fulfilling the conditions for obtaining a visa for the Netherlands.
  6. Enroll at Radboud University as a full-time student for the academic year and in the Master’s degree program for which the scholarship is granted.

The following Selection criteria will be considered:

  • Talent: This means that applicants must have outstanding study results in your present field of study
  • Applicants are expected to be a promising student in his/her desired field of study at Radboud University
  • Applicant must have a proven academic quality and good results of your prior education for example through grades, test scores, publications
  • Quality of the recommendations in the two reference letters
  • Motivation: This will be based on the applicant’s motivation letter for the Master’s programme

Application Procedure

How-to-Apply: Interested and qualified applicants for the Radboud Scholarships 2024/25 can apply by indicating during your application for admission for a Master’s programme in the OSIRIS Application system that you wish to apply for a Radboud Scholarship.

Applicants will then be requested to upload three additional documents: two reference letters and a curriculum vitae. If you already uploaded these documents for the Master’s programme application, you can upload the same documents again for your scholarship application.
