DAAD (Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst) is the German Academic Exchange Service, and EPOS stands for “Excellence in Postgraduate Study.” DAAD-EPOS scholarships are a part of the DAAD scholarship program, which supports international students who want to pursue postgraduate studies in Germany.
EPOS scholarships are typically awarded to students from developing countries who have completed their undergraduate studies and want to pursue a master’s degree or a PhD in a specific field. The fields of study covered by EPOS scholarships vary and are usually aligned with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals.
The University of Hohenheim in collaboration with the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), invites applications from eligible candidates from Developing Countries to take up scholarships for an MSc. Agricultural Economics programme under the special initiative “Development-Related Postgraduate Courses” (EPOS).
Through the EPOS scholarships, the DAAD supports excellent candidates from developing countries who have a strong academic and professional background. These scholarships are highly competitive.
